Help Me Howard: Bogus Want Ad Asks For Job Certificate Payment
Two local men looking for a job respond to an ad in the newspaper. They get a call back and are told they need a special certificate. But they had to pay for this certificate. It's been weeks and they still haven't heard back about a position. That’s when they called Help Me Howard.
