People are eating at home to save money, so everyone is heading to the grocery store. Just because you are cooking at home doesn't mean food has to be boring.

Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine just launched a new Supermarket 101 column dedicated exclusively to breaking down ways to save big at the supermarket as well as showing some grocery cart must-haves to keep meals exciting.

In their April issue, they have found some global goodies that will add a little excitement to your everyday food. From Thailand's Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce to Italy's Nutella, we're checking out these international favorites with Teri Tsang Barrett of Every Day with Rachael Ray.

INDIA
Patak's Hot Lime Relish, $4.99, available at Kalustyan's
As soon as you pop open the cap you can smell the interesting aromatic mix of fruity and spicy. The relish is made of chopped pickled limes and goes great stirred into ground beef for burger patties or mixed into a veggie stir-fry.

THAILAND
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, $3.99, available at most major supermarkets
If you crave the heat, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce is a great versatile condiment. Thicker than most hot sauces, with a sweet and spicy garlicky kick, it goes great drizzled over meats, stirred into soups or pasta and even great on eggs.

JAPAN
Kewpie Mayonnaise , $5.48, available at Asian food stores like Sunrise Market
It’s not a spread like traditional American-style mayonnaise but it is tangier, more flavorful. Served as a dipping sauce with fried foods, Kewpie can be found at Asian food grocers in the city.

AUSTRALIA
Vegemite, $4.95, available at major supermarkets
It has an Interesting flavor that starts out sweet, but ends on a somewhat malted note. Vegemite from Australia is a tart-like paste for spreading on toast. A Vegemite sandwich to an Australian kid is the equivalent of a peanut butter sandwich here in the United States

ENGLAND
Branston Pickle Relish , $5.05, available at British food shops like Tea & Sympathy and Myer's of Keswick
An English icon, Branston Pickle Relish is a pickled mix of chopped veggies in a thick, sweet and smoky sauce. It has quite the distinctive flavor but more than 28 million jars are sold every year. Fans can't imagine a cheddar cheese sandwich without the tangy, spicy and sweet condiment.

ITALY
Nutella, $3.60, available at most major supermarkets
Deliciously unique spread, made from the combination of roasted hazelnuts, skim milk and a hint of cocoa. It goes great as a spread on crusty baguette or a dip for pretzels and a great ingredient in dessert recipes. An interesting fact, you thought you had a lot of friends on Facebook, Nutella has over 2 million fans.
