Ask The Doctor: How Can I Tell If A Child Is Autistic?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. I'm 18-years-old and have decided to start an all organic diet. Right now, 70% of my diet is made up of organic food. Is there anything I have to worry about when I start eating nothing but organic items?
Maribelle, Union City, NJ
2. My baby is 7-months-old is refusing to breast feed or drink from a bottle. He'll only eat solids. His pediatrician told me to stop the solids until he'd accept milk. But, he's refusing to eat completely! Any advice?
Desperate Mom, Jersey City, NJ
3. At what age can a child become autistic? What are the signs?
Maritza, Brooklyn
