Totally Tamsen: New York's Influence On Jazz

PIX's Tamsen Fadal met up with African-American singer/songwriter Melba Joyce and learnED about New York's influence in jazz. Joyce won the assignment as the first Jazz Ambassador for the United States through the Kennedy Center and the U.S. State Department. Fadal and Joyce discussed the future of jazz.
