I am a 54 year old woman. At the age where the fat rolls settle in for the long stretch into old age! Since May 2008 until today February 27, 2009, I have lost enough weight to go from wearing a size 40 jean to a size 32 jean. I did this without any commercial diet plan, no diet doctor, no diet pills and no fat loss operation, technique or liposuction. I did this completely on my own, in a very healthy and natural way. My saddle bag thighs were 52 inches and are now 43 ¾. My waist went from a 39 to 30 and I am continuing on my diet regime. I am so successful with this weight loss I have decided to document what I did and what I ate and start a blog of my own in the very near future. I did not starve, fast or skip any meals and I shopped at the local grocery store. No special teas, no magic bullet. If I can do you, so can everyone else.
