Help Me Howard: Bank Loses Safe Deposit Box
A Brooklyn man bought a safe deposit box at a local Banco Popular. He put important documents and other belongings for safe keeping. However, when he went to the bank they couldn't find his box. And that's when he called Help Me Howard.
