Help Me Howard: Fake Civil Service Prep Class

A Bronx family paid nearly $600 for their daughter to take what they thought was a prep class to get a civil service job. But after three weeks of "classes" they waited to be told when she would take the final test and get her "job." Months went by and when they called and the phone was disconnected, so they called Help Me Howard.
