Help Me Howard: Former Gangster And Local Doctor Help Remove Tattoos On Ex-Cons
A former gang member and local doctor have teamed up to start a program to help ex-cons re-enter the work force by removing their gang tattoos for free. Howard talks to both men to promote their effort.
