Help Me Howard: Wheelchair Repair Hits A Speed Bump
A Brooklyn man sent his mechanical wheelchair in for repair just before Thanksgiving. But when he was still trying to get word on its repair, even after new years, and no one was calling him back, that's when he called Help Me Howard.
