Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients
Onions
Pancetta
Vegetable oil
Chicken stock
Pepper
Butter
Spaghetti
Egg
Directions
1. Fry pan oil
2. Add chopped Spanish onion
3. Add chopped pancetta
4. Fry until onions crispy
5. Take oil out
6. Chicken stock, pepper and butter
7. In the meantime, cook pasta seperate
8. Toss in sauce, combine ingredients
9. At end add yolk and parmesan cheese

The recipe looks very simple. I think I'll try it at home.
MY dad ( works for pix)has tried this many times and it always come out great my advice is dont use the eggs it is a little too much. PIX ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
