1. I had surgery and now need to eat protein but, I don't know what kinds of foods to eat to get it. Do you have any suggestions?

2. My husband is 47 and when he falls asleep his legs shake every couple of minutes. Why does this happen? Can it be treated?

dear dr.steve, my husband is 65 years old. he has a great appetite, the only thing is that he jumps out of bed every 20 or 30 minutes to eat every thing in site. please tell me what to do. i can't put anything in the refrigerator too long because he will eat it.
