The Best Wings In The City

Buffalo, jerk, barbecue, fried. People love chicken wings and with the Super Bowl just a few days away, you might want to put your order in now. Daniel Gritzer from Time Out New York Magazine is here with the best chicken wings in the city just in time for Super Bowl weekend.
Gritzer brought in four different types of wings for our Jill, Lisa and Tiffany to taste. They rated them: one football for okay, two footballs for great, three for a serious touchdown.
For more on Time Out's favorite wings from around our area, check out their magazine or visit them at www.timeoutny.com.
Be sure to catch Larry Hoff at Hooters this Thursday for the Hooters Superbowl face-off.

Every morning, I tune in to watch the morning show. The buffalo wings caught my attention since the superbowl is coming up real soon. However while watching this segment, I felt offended as a fellow Korean-American with what Daniel had to say,(Bonbon Chicken is a korean version of the KFC that came to America as a franchise) with the comment he said about how he doesn't know if Koreans like football. Football isn't a bias sport, you don't have to be a certain color, race, or gender to enjoy football and I felt his comment on this was out of text. (He didn't mention any negative comments about the other buffalo wings he brought to the show.) I thought in this day and age with our diverse ethnicity in America, especially with the first black president, it would be different and our outlooks on different cultures, race, and color and not be stereotyped. It's a shame!!!
I caught Your segment on the wings today and thought it was great, But what stuck out the most to me was the Hooter Girl you had on there!!!! I mean Wow she was Beautiful, you guys should try and get her for the weather! I'd be sure to watch it.
that bonchon chicken is the best chicken i ever tasted. they recently open one in Staten Island and i eat there almost everyday. It's so addictive.
Hey! Bon Chon Chicken is right next to my house!!
I live in Staten Island and they have GREAT Chicken!! I didn't get to try any other chickens but Bon Chon Chicken is worth money!!

pete's tavern is o.k. but bonchon is the best! those bonchon wings get 3 footballs from me i eat them almost everyday.both the soy garlic is really nice & the hot is also very good too.its not that killer hot oily wings that some other chicken joints serve up
Love the Dinosaur wings! But Hooters is the best Wish you would have had more of that Hooter girl, she was smokin! And I saw her today on the Hooters Super Bowl segment. Anybody know her name? Would love for her to be my waitress on SuperBowl Sunday.

i love Bon Chon chicken. soy garlic is really good. chicken is crisp & not greasy. strips are also very good. the service is good and the food is very fresh the fries are crispy and the sidedishes are also excellent. try some Bon Chon chicken you will enjoy it.
TOUCHDOWN !i just had scored some bon chon again today .i got the special combo (feeds 2 people well for $16.95)half soy garlic/half hot with 2 sides, fries & brown rice. it was worth the small wait!the chicken was super fresh & crispy.this time i had my meal at the staten island location at 1267 forest ave/jewett ave. this is my favorate location for bonchon in the newyork metro area,i rate them in order #1 staten island, food is fresh and small wait time for chicken to arrive. #2 location is in queens on 157-18 northern blvd.the food is very good they also serve beer/alcoholic beverages but you have to wait for your food to be prepared. #3 is the chambers street manhattan location #4 st.marks place in the village(NYC) food is so good & they got alcohol open very late at night,#5 32nd street, but long wait for your food but they serve alcoholic beverages too,#6 palisadespark/lenonia N.J the food is very good here :) #7 fort lee N.J.the chicken is good but the wait time is very long & no alcohol at this location :( .#8 also they got a location in boston its really good with a full bar, ITS A FUN SPOT WHEN IN BEAN TOWN!#9 is in washington D.C metro area in annadale V.A.
There's a Bonchon place on Saint Marks place (it;s called Boka)and it is to die for. I believe they recently opened. I have it delivered almost every day.
