Wakeup Workout: Gypsy Rhythms

We're getting in shape with Gypsy Dance! It's the latest workout to hit the New York Health and Racquet Club and Alicia Harris stopped by the studio to give us a sample of the moves.
Gypsy Rhythms is Eastern European folk dancing set to contemporary music. And don't confuse this with belly dancing!These sexy and supple moves will help trim those lovehandles and a sense of seduction with every step you take. Heavy on the dance and fitness approach this morning. Great Job!!! By now, some New year's Resolutions to get fit and lose weight have been forgotten, so it is timely to bring to light our health focus for 2009!
Alicia can dance/sing/teach/light up and lighten up anything & anyone!
