Rescue Yourself From Winter Hat Hair

It's too cold out so you put a hat on your head and by the time you get to work your hair is flat! What can you do to bring it back to life?
Celeb stylist Sean James Decuers from famed Rita Hazan Salon is here to go over some ideas on styles and options in making your hair look fab despite wearing a hat.
HAIR TIPS AND VIDEO AFTER THE JUMP...
1. LONG HAIR
Tie your hair into a loose ponytail high on the crown so that the hat sits over the hair. When you take off your hat / ponytail, your hair will have a ton of body and fullness, minus the dent. It's also great to create a style which will keep your hair in place under the hat - i.e buns, ponytails and braids. The hat acts as a shield against the wind and keeps the hair in place.)
2. SHORT WAVY HAIR
Hair should be left heavy and layered so that the hat, when taken off, leaves you with a more "worn in" look. The style works being a little disheveled. )
3. FRIZZ AND STATIC
For hair that's frizzy and full of static: take a bounce sheet and rub it in the hat, taking the same sheet with you and rubbing it into the hair after you take off the hat (if there is still frizz). Keep product such as styling cream always in your bag. It's good for all textures and takes out the frizz / tames static when you remove your hat. For curly hair, use a fine mist or spritzer.
