Chef Roberto Lamorte of Trattoria Dopo Teatro came by PIX studio to show us how to make one of their signature appetizers Gamberi con Favette (Shrimp with Fava Beans).

Gamberi Con Favette
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
½ lb. Shrimp
½ c. Tomatoes
½ c. Fava beans
3 Slices pancetta
¼ c. Red onion
1 tbsp. Fresh parsley
2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
½ c. White wine
1 tbsp. Garlic
Salt and pepper

Instructions
1. In a heavy skillet, heat the olive oil and add all the ingredients except for the white wine.
2. Cook until the shrimp are about half done, 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the wine and cook until the shrimp are done. Approximately another 3-4 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and divide among four small plates.
