Devyn And Chet Get 'Real' With Us

Devyn and Chet from MTV's The Real World: Brooklyn stopped by to talk about being on the network's popular, long-running reality series, which makes its season premiere premieres tonight on MTV.

Devyn and Chet, along with six other housemates will discover others' values, cultures and lifestyles--with cameras to capture their journeys every step of the way. This time, though, rather than band together for a job or activity, each will pursue their own individual dreams, such as that of becoming a model or a filmmaker. The Brooklyn-based show will feature neighborhoods like Coney Island and Prospect Park.

Twenty-year old Devyn is a Missouri native who has won the Miss Missouri Teen and Miss America Teen pageants. According to the show's official site, this is one beauty queen who thrives under the limelight. When it comes to boys and relationships, she lives by the mantra: "It is easier to get into Heaven than into Devyn."

Chet has an affinity for tight jeans and neon clothing--unconventional traits for a devout Mormon indeed. Twenty-three years old, he abides by his vow to not have premarital sex nor drink alcohol. Despite firmly sticking by these codas, Chet is an outspoken Republican who never holds back on voicing his opinions and letting people have a piece of his mind.
