Is drinking water during a weight workout good or bad for performance in any way.
Hello Dr. Steve,
I hear that drinking red wine is linked to breast cancer. Is it true that women that may be in danger of breast cancer should stay away from red wine?
I have to have biopsy on my left breast. They found calcium deposits there. I am not sure what is going on, but they are concerned. I have no history of breast cancer in my family (that I know of).
My husband's leg will shake every 2-5 minutes when he's asleep, either in the bed or on the chair. Seems to happen when he's really tired. Why does this happen?
