Throw A Kickin' Super Bowl Bash

Celebrate the Superbowl with more then just beer and wings! From decor, to food to drinks we've got festive Superbowl party ideas. Teri Tsang Barrett, food editor for Everyday With Rachel Ray Magazine was here to explain.

To throw a creative party, she suggested to try city vs. city grub for things that will satisfy everyone; plus they'll encourage competitiveness that makes Super Bowl parties so fun
-all of these ideas are easy and cheap.

MORE PARTY SUGGESTIONS AFTER THE JUMP...

DECOR
1. You can pick up astro-turf to lay on your dining table to set the mood
2. Yellow "terrible" towels vs. red and white Cardinals
3. Pittsburgh fans are notorious for head-to-toe face paint, so have this on hand for kids AND adults
4. Beer mugs of course with both team decals

FOOD
1. Pittsburgh Pierogies (Pierogi with Brown Butter) vs. killer Arizona Fiery Chicken Chili
2. Cheese dip (gruyere fondue (reheat in the oven directly breadbowl placed in a baking dish)
3. Big Bite store-bought dips: Tostito's Medium Salsa Con Queso is a staple at all Steelers tailgates, while Sweet Heat Nachos Arizona Nachos are a staple for Cardinals fans
4. For sweets, Pittsburgh fans love store-boughtKlondike Bars, so have these on hand. Arizona fans will love Spicy Mocha Milkshake Shooters

DRINKS
1. Steelers fans' Iron City Brewbattles vs. a Beer Margaritas
2. For the kids, quick tip for adding seltzer to favorite natural juice for an all-natural soda in a punch bowl
