Ingrid's Cola, Lime and Pineapple Baked Ham
Ingredients
1 10 to 12 lb. ham
1 can pineapple slices
½ cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon whole cloves

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Drain pineapple slices, reserving juice.
2. Take off the hard skin covering the ham, if one is present. Mix the mustard and the brown sugar in a small bowl and rub the ham all over with the mixture. Put the ham in a baking dish with a rack.
3. Take it to the oven, calculating 20 minutes per pound. After 1 hour, remove it from the oven and score diamonds into the fat on top. Place a whole clove in each spot where lines intersect. Brush again with the sugar-mustard mixture.
4. Cut the pineapple slices in half and put them around the ham.
5. Return to oven, brushing frequently with the brown sugar-mustard mixture. Continue to bake until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove it from the oven and let it cool. Cut it in slices and serve it with the Coca-Cola, Lime and Pineapple sauce
