woodley1209.jpg

Actress Shailene Woodley stopped by PIX studios to talk about her role as Amy Juergens on the ABC Family show The Secret Life of an American Teenager and its news season, which premieres on Monday, January 5 at 8pm.

Amy is a 15-year-old french horn player and after a special night at band camp with band drummer Ricky (Daran Kagasoff), Amy becomes pregnant. But that's not all. She also has a boyfriend and his name's not Ricky -- it's Ben (Ken Baumann)!

Woodley is a California native whose other acting credits include The O.C., Crossing Jordan, Jack & Bobby, Felicity: An American Girl Adventure and Cold Case.

This is getting ridiculous - why does Emily have to show so much clevage? What kind of audience do you want to attract? If this is the norm with your on-camera staff, you deserve the reputation the show already has and worse...
