Clear beverages like gin and vodka are less likely to cause a hangover than red wine, whisky, and tequila .

They combat the dehydration caused by the alcohol. Load up before and after the evening.
4. Caffeine and Carbohydrates
The caffeine helps combat the grogginess and the carbohydrates restore blood sugar levels that can be low from the alcohol.
5. Take A Pain Reliever Like Ibuprofen But Not Tylenol
If the alcohol is still in your system, the tylenol become more dangerous to your liver. But, be sure to take the ibuprofen with food so it doesn't upset your stomach.
