Help Me Howard: Construction Controversy

A queens man paid over $17,000 to a local construction company to help clear up some building violations on his property and to convert his two-family house into a three-family house. Eight months later, all he has is a blueprint of the conversion and no answers from the construction company, so he called Help Me Howard.

I have defiencies in Proteins S,C, and Vitamin K. FACTOR V AGENT X LYDEON MUTATION. In which was diagnosed in 1995. My first blood clot filled my entire deep vein, from my ankle to my navel. I have had many acute Deep Vein Thromboli, 3 Pulmonary Embolis, Flabitis, a clot in my head, vein insuffiencies, hypercoagulable state, grand mall seizures, and partial epilepsy. I need my PCP, hemotologist, neurologist, physchiarist, retnal specialists, sleep specialists to stay alive. I was told at 16 years old that I would be disabled, on blood thinners, and have lots of hospital stays for the remainder of my life. The size of clots that I have thrown are tremendous. I am 31 years old now. I put in my first application for Social Security benefits in 1996. After being kicked out of my mothers' house because of rapidly mounting medical bills. ( If I couldn't be a student, I couldn't be on my mothers' health insurance) I have had this fight on my own for 13 years. I am Pro-Se and I just received a denial from the Federal District court with Social Security. I had a burden of proof, to prove that I was disabled before 1999 and that this is an ongoing problem. In 2002, I asked Binder & Binder to be my counsel; they never gave Social Security's judge my medical records. The judge did not allow my proof.
"MY PROOF WAS MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM 1991-2008"
I showed how I went from being a normal kid with no health problems to a indigent disabled person.
I had to track down records from every Dr. I ever saw, for the last 13 yrs. It costs money to do that as well. I got the majority of my records.
????????????????????????????????????????????????
My problem is: How exactly does Social Security make a determination on whether someone is disabled or not; WITHOUT THEIR MEDICAL RECORDS?
I cannot even count on welfare! Medicaid rules are changing and none of the caseworkers' know them. Welfare is trying to put me on Medicaid Plan D. Which covers annual check-ups,and that's about it!Welfare will kill me if I get switched to Plan D.I have had Plan A for the last 11 years.
Plan A covers all of my specialists, tests, and medications(which have to be reviewed every 3 months) but the Dr.s do the paperwork and I get my medications. My medications monthly are extremly costly. Plan D will never cover them. This is all til Social Security pulls through. How do I get Social Security to pull through if the decision is not based on my disability or my medical records? Is there someone out there that can help?

since December you have had my blogs up and running and I can't even recieve a phone call or a letter. I am fighting the United States Government. The United States Third Circuit of Appeals to be exact. Every road I meet becomes a dead end. Any attorney I speak with is either out of their league or fearful. The bar association recommended the "best" disability attorney that works the third circuit in Bergen County and He said "He would do work and not get any of the pay" I replied I would give him his regular fee as if he worked it from the begining. He then told me that I was beyond his relm.
Isn't there anyone out there that can assist me in any way. PLEASE!!!!!!!!! 201 385 5368
