The entire Chelsea Piers complex is going green! It purchased 100% of its power as wind power -- a purchase that makes it the 29th largest purchaser of wind power in the United States according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
Chelsea Piers is doing all kinds of things like reusing our cooking grease to power a car on the property, teaching recycling in daycare, replacing lights and paper products, and hosting the Science Barge.
