Going Ga-Ga For Google's G1

It's Google's answer to the call of the Apple iPhone. Now, everyone's going ga-ga for T-Mobile's G1 -- and for good reason. The G1 is not your ordinary phone. It's like having a personal compass, personal shopper and a personal trainer right at your finger tips. Eric Holland from T-Mobile explained more for us.
Both the iPhone and G1 have a touch screen with touch and drag capability as well as a music player. However, the G1 features an actual keyboard, rather than the iPhone’s on-screen keyboard. And in terms of applications, the G1 has received a lot of rave reviews for being a third party market system. Specifically, Google’s Android -- a software stack for mobile devices that includes an operating system, middleware and key applications -- has made it easier for users to create their own applications,
