1. My boyfriend has been smoking for 14 years. He says he enjoys the act of smoking. What is the best way for him to quit? He also bites his fingernails. Does that have anything to do with smoking?

Good Morning Dr. Steve I wanted to know what coul be wrong with my son? He is 6yrs old and 95lbs. I had his thyroid and gloucouse checked and that came back fine. He is very active and eats healthy. He eats all veggies and fruits. He eats a balanced meal everyday. My mom said it could be genectics. I don't know what to do to get him to loose weight. Do you have some advise.
