Help Me Howard: Choking Death

A local man's family is calling for an investigation into an organization that is supposed to help individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Family members claim an act of negligence cost the severely handicapped man his life. Help Me Howard tries to uncover what went wrong.

I am the mother of a young man, who has been fighting now for several just to have the right to see his children - his has never abuse them, his has tried his best to keep up child support which has been difficult due to lack of job availabilities. The Family Court System is a joke when it seems to come to african american male seeking visitation. Mr. Howard would you please give me a call to discuss this matter in more detail, I believe you will not believe what the court system has done concerning this matter. Fathers have no rights...
