Coolio's Peanut Butter Chicken Rules
Rapper Coolio was here to cook us some Peanut Butter Chicken Love. He also has a new show on Oxygen called Coolio's Rules, which airs Tuesday nights at 10pm.

Peanut Butter Chicken Love
Ingredients
1 family size pack of chicken wings or legs(10-14 pieces)
2-3 cans of cream of chicken
1/2 cup of water or beer
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion chopped
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 quarter cup of balsamic vinegar
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
Instructions
1. Place chicken in a large roasting pan and season with salt and pepper (season salt optional).
2. Add onions, garlic, water or beer, balsamic vinegar, cream of chicken, and peanut butter(spread the cream of chicken and the peanut butter evenly on the chicken).
3. Cover the roasting pan with a top or foil and put into the oven at 400 degrees and cook for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs.
4. Serve

Peanut Butter and Chicken....
That has gotta be an original. I guess if there's no jelly in house, but chicken in the freezer you gotta do what you gotta do.

Down herr in southern louisiana, we eat anything we can fry, including forks and cockroaches. ma ma always fried dat chicken erry sunday after mass cuz we dun go to church cuz we belee dat jesus be the savior, and he dun fried dat chicken too. Instead of the bread and wine at church, we have fried bread and purple drank. As we all dun know, jesus wuz black, and he bleed purple drank cuz he made of fried chicken.
