1. My son is 3-years-old and has a phobia of using the bathroom. It started when the vent in our bathroom made a loud noise. Will this phobia last a long time? Should I take him to see a doctor?

Good Morning Dr. Steve:
I am a 28 years old female who gets plenty of headaches and alot of nose bleeds. When I have the nose bleeds I could bleed for a least 20 to 30 mins at a time. My headaches are so bad that the pain is usually on one side of my head and travel all over my back. There are time that I've have gotten them so bad that I'll start feeling really hot, my heart starts to race really fast and I'll pass out. Is this something I should get check out right away.
