Actress Melora Hardin Talks 'Office' Politics
Actress Melora Hardin plays Jan Levinson on NBC's The Office, whose season premiere is tonight, September 25 at 9pm.
Jan is Michael Scott's (Steve Carell) on-and-off again love interest. She's a manager in the New York headquarters of paper distributor Dunder Mifflin, and Michael is the manager of the comapny's Scranton, PA satellite office. Also thrown into the mix this season is the fact that Jan is pregnant and about to give birth.
A Texas native, Hardin started her acting career in the late 1970s with the Saturday morning TV show Thunder. Recently, she had a recurring role as Trudy on Monk and was also in Thank You For Smoking.
