Jane Seymour Talks About Healthy Aging Month

Actress Jane Seymour was here to talk about Healthy Aging Month.
According to the Healthy Aging Campaign, its mission is to "broaden awareness of the positive aspects of aging and to provide information and inspiration for adults, age 50+, to improve their physical, mental, social, and financial fitness."
Seymour is the timeless actress who is best known as the Bond girl Solitaire in Live and Let Die with then James Bond portrayer Roger Moore. She is also remembered for her 1990s TV series Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman.
