Help Me Howard: Crane Collapse Clean-Up

After the deadly March 15, 2008 crane collapse on the East Side, a Staten Island clean-up company was hired by the crane's construction company to remove some hazardous material from the accident site. Now six months later, he's still waiting to be paid, so he called Help Me Howard.
