Skin care expert Susan Ciminelli shows us how eating certain foods gives the skin renewed vitality, beauty and longevity and explains what to eat for your skin type as well as what foods to avoid to achieve a healthy glowing complexion.

Oily Skin Recipe Mask: contains oatmeal
Oatmeal-Egg White Mask
· This mask for oily skin helps remove excess oil and helps tighten and refine pores.
3 tablespoons oatmeal
1 egg white
Combine the oatmeal and egg white in a small bowl. Apply the mixture to a clean face and neck. Leave on 20 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
Dry Skin Recipe Mask: contains avocado
Avocado and Lemon Juice Mask
· Avocados are full of oils that help soften the skin and make it more radiant. Apply this mask weekly.
1 Avocado peeled, pitted, and mashed
2 tablespoons raw organic honey
2 tablespoons crushed bee pollen
Dash of fresh lemon juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree. Apply the mixture to a clean face and neck. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
