'De Blob' Is Da Bomb!

Leading video game publisher THQ, has a major family friendly Wii title coming out today. It's called de Blob and has won numerous top game awards at the past E3 Expo. Players use the Wii remote to control de Blob as it restores color to a virtual city that's been overrun by the evil INKD corporation. It's a very visual, colorful game set to an awesome soundtrack.

And THQ invites you to celebrate the release of de Blob and launch a color revolution as they paint Manhattan’s largest pumpkin at J&R Music and Computer World -- Manhattan’s largest electronic store -- at 11:30 AM. Life-size de Blob characters will be in tow as New Yorkers stop to add a dash of color to the thousand pound monstrous squash!

Every stroke of paint applied will garner $1.00 towards the Young Audiences Arts for Learning foundation which advances the artistic and educational development of youngsters by bringing them together with professional artists of all disciplines to learn, create and participate in the arts.
