Urban Rebounding

Loved the segment on rebounding!! It looked like a great way to get in shape. Blake was great too and seemed like he really knew what he was talking about. You guys should have him as a regular fitness person on the show or something.

I take Blake's class couple days a week and he is a lot of fun, class is challenging. I always look forward to work out with him!!!! CW11 should hire him as a regular fitness guru on the show :) You go Blake!!!!

Blake's class is tons of fun and he's a great instructor....he definitely knows how to make you sweat! I'd love to see more of him on CW11...

Blake is awesome. I enjoy taking his classes. Not only are you shedding the calories but you have fun doing so. I attribute my 20+ lbs weight loss to Blake and his wonderful team. With his motivation and energy, I would love to see him as a regular. Actually, thanks to Blake I have found a new morning show to watch.

Blake rocks!!!
Who else can get you motivated to exercise at the crack of dawn! If Blake were a regular on your a show I would gladly wake up early just to be inspired by his energy! Make him a permanent fixture and I'll be a fan for life!

I look forward to Blake's rebounding classes every week. Blake is a fun, challenging, and motivating instructor who makes you sweat and laugh at the same time. His energy is contagious! Blake would be a great asset to your show each morning!

Blake is so charming and he looks great! Ten years of rebounding has kept him looking like he's 22 years old. Let there be a weekly (perhaps daily) fitness check in with Mr. Mays.

Blake's the best - he has such a great personality and makes sure you get a fun, tough workout! You should bring him on the show more often - for rebounding and all the other fabulous workouts he teaches!

That was a really terrific segment on urban rebounding!! Blake really makes it look like a fun way to stay in shape and gain energy. I would love to see him as a regular on the show. He's a delightful personality!

Blake is amazing, he teaches his classes with such an energy and intesity that will make you ask for more. i hope CW11 will make him a regular
