The Answer Is Blowing In The Windmills
Mayor Michael Bloomberg's proposal to put windmills on skyscrapers, bridges and offshore have been the talk of the city all week. The CW11's James Ford gave us an in-depth look at a windfarm design that will be in New York City. There'll be a public hearing on the Fresh Kills Windfarm on September 4th.
