Sounds from Underground

Five boroughs, 16 musicians, 1 superstar.
Madison Square Garden is looking for the best sounds from the underground — and you will be the judge in a new reality show. Tamsen caught up with a few performers competing at the title of New York City's greatest subway musician on MSG's show NYC Soundtracks.
For more information on NYC Soundtracks, go to www.msg.com/soundtracks. You can catch the music on Sundays at 8PM on MSG and MSG.com.

Great story! Nicola - we're with you all the way! Cheers, Elliott
My Friends and Family and I have had our eye on NICOLA for a few years now. This is one supremely talented woman! She writes most of the songs she performs, she delivers them with a surging impact, and leaves her audiences transfixed and wanting for more.
She has our Vote!
When asked by friends & family where the best music in the city is I tell them to
"Go Underground!" All of these people be it Dagmar, The Saw Lady, Luke Ryan or Nicola - they are all some amazing artists - I never tire of hearing them...
Many of the subway musicians are featured on the 'Saw Lady's blog - http://www.sawlady.com/blog
Lots of photos - you can learn about the musicians you see in the subway.
