I have three properties that are severely damaged.

738 seaview avenue by public sew/drain backup and flooding. A claim was filed with the city controller office. State Farm Insurance does not want to pay the fully amount to bring the perty to predisaster condition under flood and home owner insurance policy. Chase referred me State Farm. Bank wants to foreclosed because of mortgage delinquency that is no fault of my own. Chase is also holding over $8000 of the loss draft check for over a year. Chase inspector said the amount is not sufficient to fix the property. I went to court to persuade legal action against the controller office. The action will take years with the city.

190 vanderbilt avenue were severely damaged from a major sew and drain project by The city of New York contract, CAC Construction Indistries. They also cut off the eletrical wiring leading from the house to the main post, which ConEdison is awared of. There has been no electric for over one year. The foundation is craked from continuous ponding, visible evidence of black mold and mildew. Filed a claim with the Controller Office. Their investigation find the tractor CAC Construction responsible. I filed a claim and does not want to pay. The controller office said, sue them in court and the will proof that the contractor was responsible. With the City involved, it would take years.
The same goes for 4 Park hill lane on the same street with 190 vanderbilt avenue.

This has caused me severed financial hardship with NO Rental Income and Human suffering.

I did all the right thing to they wanted me to do. The insurance companies do not want to pay, the city is delaying the entire legal process, purchased insurance as directed by the bank and no one is helping me.

I want you to come is see for yourself.

my cell number is 347 276 1014.

This is a major violation as a human being.

I have a family to support.
