Use Brazilian Jiu Jitsu For Self Defense

We learn how women can use Brazilian jiu jitsu as a way to defend themselves from an attacker. With Brazilian jiu jitsu size doesn't matter, because practitioners use leverage rather than strength.

Dr. Steve teams up with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and Master Jose "Zed" Chierighini of Ikaika, BJJ Junior Team by Renzo Gracie. For more information on Zed's classes, log onto www.ikaikabjj.com.

My name is Leeroy Jennings I have been involved in Jiu Jitsu 3 yars for about a year now. I absolutely love it! I love it so much that I wanted my kids Anna and Phillip Jennings to get involved. Unfortunately we couldn't find a school around that had group classes for kids. As a result, my friends and i have ended up hired a BJJ teacher to privately teach our group of 8 children once a week over the past 4 weeks. Both of my kids as well as the others fallen in love with Jiu Jitsu as did I. My wife and I highly recommend this activity for all kids of all ages and look forward to learning about what the Ikaika has to offer.

In Robert Drysdale Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, I am also getting training of bjj under Robert Drysdale, 6 time world BJJ Champion, 2007 ADCC absolute champion, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. He is a VERY nice guy and the school is FULL of talented people. Visit his official website, http://www.RobertDrysdale.Net to watch Bjj videos and to learn brazilian jiu jitsu techniques.

BJJ:Theory and Practice as being slightly better in terms of overall techniques and content.
