Curtis’ Tropical Smoothie
- mango, peeled, pitted, roughly chopped
- 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, roughly chopped
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored, roughly chopped
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
- ¼ cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, roughly chopped
- juice of 1 young coconut (optional)
- 1 cup crushed ice
Merry Berry
- frozen blueberries
- frozen strawberries
- low fat vanilla yogurt
- orange juice
- flaxseed and/or protein powder
Creamsicle
- low fat or fat free vanilla ice cream
- fruitopia- concentrated orange juice
- ice
- skim milk
