July Is National Blueberry Month

Blueberries are more than just a delicious summertime treat; did you know that they can also help cure common ailments? July is “National Blueberry Month” and there are hundreds of alternative uses for the blueberry.
Known for its common use of baking and snacking, blueberries are also filled with tons of healthy nutrients and antioxidants which may have a role in reducing the risks of various diseases such as arthritis and cholesterol.
Executive Chef Phil Andriano from Chef's Diet prepared different ways of incorporating blueberries into your meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
