4. Veggie Burger vs. Portobello Mushroom Sandwich
· Green Giant Harvest burger on a bun (258 calories and 6 grams of fat)
· Grilled Portobello mushroom brushed with olive oil on a bun (201 calories and 9 grams of fat)
Winner: In terms of calories, the Portobello mushroom is lower. But the veggie burger has 3 ½ times more protein.

5. Coleslaw vs. Potato Salad
· Coleslaw (94 Calories and 4 g of fat per cup)
· Potato salad (324 calories and 18 grams of fat per cup)
Winner: Cole Slaw

6. Chocolate Chip Cookie vs. Brownie
· 1 medium Cookie - 2 ¼ inch diameter (78 calories and 10 g of fat)
· Brownie - 2" square (112 calories and 7 grams of fat)
Winner: It's a toss up. For overall nutrition, lean towards the brownie. Although it has slightly more calories, it has less fat and you're getting more antioxidants and flavonoids from the chocolate. But if you're counting calories, reach for one chocolate chip cookie.
