Fourth Annual Toilet Paper Dress Contest:
We checked out the finalists' dresses for the Fourth Annual Toilet Paper Dress Contest sponsored by Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com and Charmin. All dresses were made only of 100% Charmin toilet paper (also, tape and glue).
