Tamsen is gearing up for Kentucky Derby. She makes her own hat plus takes tour of a hat factory right in midtown Manhattan called Albrizio Millinery. Tamsen learned a few tricks from hat designer David Steele who created a new line for the company. His hats range in price from $75-$500
