Steve Jobs vs. New York City: How Do You Like Them Apples?

Apple is definitely NOT digging the logo for New York City's GreenNYC campaign. It's Apple shaped and Steve Jobs wants a little recourse. NYC filed the trademark and Apple was given the allowed 30 days to dispute the application. Oh, and boy has Apple filed, in fact, if it was dynamite they woulda heard the blast in Alaska.
So, the big question that will probably have to get answered by our stellar judicial system will be can Apple beat NYC?! I think they should just play some strip poker & the city or corporation that gets naked last, wins. Personally, other than they are both apples, and apples to apples, they are all apples... if that makes any sense. So what do you think?

New York will always be the Big Apple no matter how many lawyers are involved. However, the computer company can easily change its name to Crapple, which might actually be more apropos anyway.
See? Problem solved and no harm, no foul.
