Tamsen's Take: Noodle Man

Chef Cheng from the NYC dining hotspot, Philippe, puts on a show every night in the restaurant for his celebrity regulars and diners alike. With a series of flips, tosses, extravagant twists and turns, a ball of dough is magically transformed into luxurious, perfectly-sized noodles using nothing but his hands. Tamsen learned a few tricks of the trade from the renowned chef.

To check it out yourself, Philippe is located at 33 E 60th Street Madison &Park, New York, NY 10022. You can also call (212) 644-8885
