Denise provided tips on small things to do at night to help get your body beach ready

VIDEO PLUS THE DO's & DON'T's AFTER THE JUMP...

1.Don’t: Assume you must spend hours working out Do three 10-min sessions throughout day, with one at night- after sitting at a desk all day, important to stretch muscles- exercises can easily be done during commercials while watching TV or cooking dinner.

2. Don’t: Give in to nighttime cravings for sweets. Put a curfew on the kitchen, turn off the light and reward yourself with a non-food treat like at-home facial. Also brush your teeth, floss and rinse right after dinner – will be less inclined to snack if you have to go through the whole cleaning process again.

3. Do activities after dinner that get the whole family involved- take the dog for a walk, have a Dance Dance Revolution party in the living room.

4. Don’t make every outing with friends about food and alcohol- instead meet for evening run/walk, yoga class.
