More evidence that green tea is good for your health.... A new study finds an antioxidant in green tea may be a powerful weapon against breast cancer... It's called EGCG. In the report it significantly slowed breast cancer growth in female mice. Earlier studies showed similar results.

And new research finds too much of a good thing may be bad for you. According to a new study, eating seven or more eggs a week raises the risk of death in middle aged men by 23%.... And it doubled the risk for those with diabetes. But keep in mind... The men in the study who ate the most eggs were also older, heavier, didn't exercise, and were more likely to drink alcohol and smoke...

City health officials are advising people traveling to Europe or Israel to get vaccinated against the measles.

The warning comes after the Nassau County Health Department issued an advisory for anyone who may have had contact with an eight-month-old baby infected with the disease. The child came from Israel and visited the source mall in Westbury and shops in Cedarhurst last week. Suffolk County is issuing a similar alert.
