It could be the next marijuana, and web sites all over the internet talk about the mind blowing effects of a hallucinogenic herb called salvia di-vinorum. Salvia is a plant that's inexpensive and easy to buy. When it's smoked, chewed or made into a tea it gives users an out of body experience that feels like they're traveling through space and time or merging with inanimate objects. The effects last about an hour.

And if drugs weren't enough for parents to worry about, a new study finds a significant number of children are already drinking by middle school. A survey of 4,000 sixth graders in Chicago found 17% used alcohol in the past year. Experts say parents need to start talking to their kids about drinking early on, and teach them how to refuse alcohol when it's offered to them.

1. Dorothy, from NYC asks: What's the best way to prevent ingrown nails?
Dorothy, some people are more predisposed to ingrown toenails because of the curve of the nail. To prevent them don't cut your nails too short. Leave them at medium length. Also, when you cut them, cut them straight across don't follow the curve of your toe. And finally, wear proper fitting shoes. If your shoes are too tight or put too much pressure on the toes, it can increase the likelihood of ingrown toenails.
2. Kesha from Brooklyn, NY asks: I had a baby about a year and a half ago and I can't seem to take off the weight! What can I do?
Kesha., it all comes down to the basics: diet and exercise. You want to cut your calories to less than 2000 a day and get rid of all the saturated fat, processed foods, simple sugars, junk food and alcohol in your diet. Go for lean protein sources lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy, that combined with about 40 minutes of exercise a day should get you on track.
3. Malik from NYC asks: Are there any foods or drinks that i should avoid so that i can have a good night's sleep?
Malik, you definitely want to stay away from anything that has caffeine or alcohol in it. You should also avoid foods that can cause reflux or heartburn - so onions, fatty foods, chocolate and spicy foods are also out. A large meal can also do you in. You may feel good at first, but sleep slows digestion, so you may get uncomfortable later. Finally, don't drink anything about two hours before bedtime. It will only make you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
