Help Me Howard: Damaged Couch
In April 2007, a Staten Island family paid over $4,000.00 for a new leather couch. Nine months later the seams on the couch began coming apart. Because they had a one year warranty, they called the furniture store for help. But when the store claimed to have lost their paperwork and therefore couldn't replace the couch, because they didn't know who the manufacturer was, that's when they called Help Me Howard.Watch the story >>>
