Studies show a healthy sex life is very important for overall health, but did you know that wearing high heels can help? This is for women only...
Researchers say wearing high heels can tone your legs and strengthen pelvic muscles. Just don't go too high. More than four and a half inches is too much. High-heeled shoes have been blamed for stress fractures and joint pain over the long term.
And, got a migraine?
Get a massage. A new report finds massage therapy can relieve or prevent migraines and decrease the frequency of attacks. That's because massage decreases anxiety, heart rate and stress while boosting serotonin levels. The massage should be directed to the upper neck and shoulder areas.

You would think that preventing obesity and smoking would cut down on healthcare costs..
But a new study from the Netherlands finds that healthy people cost the healthcare system more money in the long run. Mainly because it cost more money to care for healthy people who live years longer than smokers and those who are overweight. The researchers found that from age 20 to 56, obese people racked up the most expensive health costs. But because both the smokers and the obese people died sooner than the healthy group, it cost less to treat them in the long run.

They say a technique that looks at eye blinking can help them identify children with underlying brain deficits caused by alcohol exposure in the womb. Experts say making the diagnosis of alcohol exposure in children is important because it affects learning later in life.
